The glazed street entrance sits beneath the stacked balconies of the dormitory wing.
The illuminated dormitory steps back from the dark street behind the low projecting wing.
A double-height glazed lobby opens under a bridge with a red floor beneath.
Light from overhead slots falls along a passage between a brick wall and a pale wall.
A tall window brings daylight to a raised seating area beneath the upper level.
A photograph of the cutaway model shows paired living levels and stair openings across the façade.
A transverse section shows stacked residential floors around a central stair, above the lobby and parking.
